That’s why we are proud to offer our warranties of up to 5 years for complete peace of mind.

We want you to be happy with your dental treatment and for it to last as long as possible.

Dental Sealants - 2 Year Warranty

At no extra cost to you we will replace the sealants. If you have a health fund then we will only charge the health fund. Absolutely no out of pocket expenses will apply.

What’s covered?

• Breaking, chipping or wearing of the fissure sealant.

Composite Restorations (white fillings) - 1 Year Replace/Repair Warranty

At no extra cost to you we will replace or repair the restoration. If you have a health fund then we will only charge the health fund. Absolutely no out of pocket expenses will apply.

What’s covered ?

• Breaking, chipping or wear to the restoration.

Dental Crowns - 5 Year Replace/Repair Warranty

At no extra cost to you we will replace or repair the crown. If you have a health fund then we will only charge the health fund. Absolutely no out of pocket expenses will apply.

What’s covered ?

• Breaking, chipping or wearing down of the crown.
• Recementing of the crown.

Porcelain Veneers - 2 Year Replace/Repair Warranty

At no extra cost to you we will replace or repair the porcelain veneer. If you have a health fund then we will only charge the health fund. Absolutely no out of pocket expenses will apply.

What’s covered ?

• Breaking, chipping or wear/damage of the porcelain veneer.
• Recementing the porcelain veneer.

If it is not possible to replace the veneer and a crown is needed instead, we will refund the cost of the veneer against the crown amount.

Dental Inlays/Onlays - 5 Year Replace/Repair Warranty

At no extra cost to you we will replace or repair the inlay/onlay. If you have a health fund then we will only charge the health fund. Absolutely no out of pocket expenses will apply.

What’s covered ?

• Breaking, chipping or wearing of the inlay/onlay.
• Recementing the inlay/onlay.

If the inlay/onlay is damaged and a full crown is needed, then we will refund the cost of the inlay/onlay against the crown amount

Dental Bridges - 5 Year Replacement/Repair Warranty

At no extra cost to you we will replace or repair the bridge. If you have a health fund then we will only charge the health fund. Absolutely no out of pocket expenses will apply.

What’s covered?

• Breaking, chipping or wearing down of the dental bridge.
• Recementing the bridge.

Conditions

1. To validate the above warranties, your responsibility is to attend for your 6 monthly preventive care examination and hygiene appointment, to actively maintain your oral health.
2. You follow the Practitioners recommendations regarding maintenance of treatment.
3. Attend the active patient care maintenance program.
4. Where there is evidence of grinding or clenching, an appropriate protective night splint is worn by the patient to prevent wear and damage.
5. Treatment of remedial and subsequent dental care is provided by dentists at CoastWide Smiles Dentalcare Pty Ltd.
6. Restorations means permanent and not temporary restorations.
7. The dental work has not been lost, damaged due to accidents, trauma, new decay, gum disease, clenching or misuse.
8. The dental treatment provided is deemed by our Dentist to be the most appropriate for your needs.
9. Unfortunately, biological changes cannot be foreseen and therefore will void all warranties, as this is impossible to predict, for example, gum recession.
10. If your dental treatment requires replacement or repair using a different technique by the dentist, or different material, the difference in cost only in this instance will be payable.
