Craig Woolward
Dr Craig Woolward completed his Bachelor of Dental Science (DBS) at the University of Witwatersrand in 1988 in Johannesburg where he purchased his own practice after graduating and remained until relocating to Auckland in 2005.
A move to Australia in 2014 took him to Melbourne where he worked worked in general dental practice until a sea change led him to the Sunshine Coast.
Craig is very passionate about dentistry and enjoys keeping up with the latest techniques and materials, regularly attending continuing professional development courses.
He has extensive experience in endodontics, tooth coloured fillings, and crowns.
Craig notes that it is important for patients to be aware of the different treatment options available to them, so that they are able to make an informed decision that is appropriate for them at that time. He is a firm believer in ‘prevention is better than cure’ and feels it is always in the patient’s best interest to treat conditions as early as possible.
